Okay, I debated leaving this out, but it's too funny. No other family that's stayed at the Addis View has mentioned it and I think they MUST have looked in the drawers, but...
We looked in the drawers for a bible and we found....strawberry and banana flavored condoms. Now these could have been something that a visitor left behind, but remember I said we changed rooms? We found the same (well, not exactly) condoms in both rooms, so it must be an amenity the hotel offers. What with the nature of AIDS in Africa, I'm not surprised, but strawberry and banana?
Hope you're at least grinning, if not laughing out loud. Talk about something unusual.

yep, we had flavored condoms in our room too. Since Hubby is a pastor, I decide to leave that our of our blog.
Hey there, yes we had them in our room also... We asked Susan if she forgot something at the hotel since we traveled the week after them...
Oh by the way it was our 11 year old daughter who found them and wanted to know what they were....

Oh my goodness! That's too funny. I guess I never looked in the drawers because I totally missed that when we were there.
We were at the guest house - Hmmm ... I don't think I ever checked the drawers??? That is funny!!! I am with Susan (rebels)- I so would of brought them home and given them to someone as well :):):) Candy, you do have a good head on your shoulders - you would have to keep Susan and I in line!!
So enjoy - once being at the TH you will never be the same!!
